Barbi Kelley

I joined Close to MY Heart in March of 1999. My mom instilled in me a love for crafts at a young age. Teaching me to knit and crochet around the age of 9, and enrolling be in the summers in local parks arts and crafts activities. I began to scrapbook when my first daughter was in kindergarten. I began with just simple construction paper type binders. As time went on my scrap-booking has evolved in many ways. I love teaching others how to scrap-book, hold class and workshops, and to meet with friends and scrap-book together. In the last few years I have also begun to do digital scrap-booking and love the options that Studio J gives us. This has been a great way for me to work on catching up on my scrap-booking projects.
